You woke to the loud banging of a fist on your door. You groaned and laid your head back down on the cool pillow. You sighed as your fan blew in your face, as if it was pushing you to get up and answer the door. Instead, you simply turned your head the other way and tried to go back to sleep.
"(y/n)! I know you're in there, open up!" Mathias yelled, and continued to bang on the door.
"M-Mathias, I don't think that's a good idea.... What if she's sleeping?" A stuttering Tino asked.
"Well then she's gonna wake up!" He exclaimed to his brother, and steadily banged his fist on the door. You angrily swung the door open, to see the infamous Nordic five, which consisted of Mathias, Tino, Berwald, Emil, and Lukas. You sighed as you instantly knew who's idea it was to wake you up on a hot July day.
"What do you want, Mathias?" You asked, placing your hand on your hip. Instead of Mathias answering you, Emil did instead.
"He wanted us to spend the day with you." He said, wiping the sweat off of his forehead.
"What for?" You asked, opening up your door to welcome the Nordics in.
"For the 4th of July!" Mathias said cheerfully.
"You don't even know what that is." You said, face-palming to your idiotic friend.
"Isn't it a holiday or something? Like Christmas?" Asked Tino.
"I don't think that's right." Lukas muttered.
"It's a birthday for the whole country. America was basically born on this day, so today's it's birthday." You said.
"Cool! What do you do to celebrate?" Questioned Mathias.
"Well... We go watch fireworks and stuff, I guess." You replied.
"OH! Let's go do that!" He shouted. Without letting anyone protest, Mathias shoved you and his four brothers out of the door.

"That was actually fun!" Said Tino, taking another bite from his cotton candy.
"Told you!" Mathias' muffled voice said.
"Don't talk with your mouth full." Lukas scorned. The five brothers dropped you off at your house, each of them saying their goodbyes to you; except for Berwald, he just waved.
You smiled and started to go into your house, until you realized that you left your keys in their car. Before you could turn, Berwald was already standing behind you, keys in hand.
"Oh! Thank you, Berwald." You said, grasping the keys.
Berwald simply nodded his head, and said, "Merry 4th of July, (y/n)."

FinlandxReader~ After Christmas Eve
"Ah, what a long night." The Finnish man sighed as he landed his red sleigh on his rooftop, smiling as the reindeer started drifting off to sleep. Unhooking each of their reins, he watched them fly quietly into the stables nearby, going into each of their designated spots. He decided to leave the sleigh on the roof till morning.
Climbing down the chimney, his foot landed softly on the stone floor, happy that he had cleaned it before he left. As he climbed out, his black boots met with the familiar hard wood floor, a bit of noise in his quiet house. His eyes quickly trailed over to kitchen door, which a beam of light shown through the open cr

NorwayXReader - New Year's Eve
Lukas sipped his drink carefully, watching everybody talking to each other and having a good time. He wasn't even sure why he had let Mathias convince him to go to the New Year's Eve office party, because they always put him in a bad mood and Mathias always left him on his own, saying that he needed to make some other friends. He didn't understand; Not being much of a social person, Lukas had never had an easy time making friends, and usually preferred to avoid any communal gatherings, opting to avoid chats by the coffee machine or water cooler, and eating lunch alone instead of with his colleagues. These actions may have ended up alienating

I'm sorry if you don't like it. I tried. I've never really read/written any Nordic stories before.
